There are artists who write songs—and then there are worship servants whose lives become the song.

It is a rare and holy thing to witness someone whose melody, message, and mission are fully surrendered to the glory of God. My brother and partner in worship ministry, Dino Gilley, is one of those rare voices.

Dino doesn’t just write music about God--he writes from a life aligned with Him. Every lyric, every chord progression, every quiet moment before a song is born carries a singular aim: to return love directly to the Father.

Like many gifted musicians, Dino’s journey includes miles traveled across the U.S. and Canada, stages stood upon, recordings made, and skills refined. But artistry alone never satisfied the call stirring within him. God was writing something deeper--something eternal. And as with every true calling, it began with humility.

Dino’s songwriting flows from a well dug by the kindness and mercy of Jesus. It is the kind of humility that only comes from knowing where you’ve been met by grace. Life, after all, is a long road home--and every step leads us closer to the arms of Christ.

After falling in love, marrying his wife, and choosing a life rooted in faith, obedience, and family, the melody of his calling became unmistakably clear: to seek first the Kingdom of Go--as a husband, a father, a believer, and a worshiper. Ministry followed devotion, not the other way around.

Recently, I had the honor of leading worship alongside Dino within a beautiful congregation of Jewish Messianic believers. In that sacred space, I watched the Holy Spirit move with undeniable power. Songs began to pour out of him--pure, God-focused expressions of love and reverence. Worship anthems like “Lord Forever” emerged not as performances, but as offerings--declaring the majesty and authority of Jesus.

Reflecting on that moment, Dino shares:

"I experienced a clear sense of God’s anointing--not because of me, but Him. Since then, songs have flowed rapidly, each one carrying a singular mission: to place God-centered, Spirit-led worship songs into the hands of churches.”

Over the years, Dino has faithfully served as a worship leader, vocalist, songwriter, instrumentalist, and music director. Today, he continues partnering with worship leaders across the DFW area, using his gifts not to elevate himself--but to serve the Body of Christ. Along the way, God has reshaped his understanding of worship itself.

As he beautifully puts it:
“We don’t just need songs about God--we need songs that help us sing to Him.”

That truth is woven through every lyric he writes.

Dino Gilley is an artist anointed with purpose because his desire is singular and unshaken: to make the name of Jesus Christ famous through songs of passionate devotion. Worship declarations like Jesus, You Are Lord Forever and You Are My Hope are not merely compositions--they are testimonies.

I hear Dino’s story with Jesus echoed in lyrics like:
We worship You alone, we give You back the heart that You made.

This is what happens when a life is fully yielded. The Kingdom of God is glorified when one person fixes their gaze--immovable and unshaken--on Jesus alone.

“My heart, O God, is steadfast; I will sing and make music with all my soul.” -- Psalm 108:1

I invite you to encounter the heart behind the songs by visiting Dino’s worship playlist on YouTube, https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3G9a7W62muwKDzLjvuDHdhJ9yz7R2RUy&si=Dr-V0lLK5hxQVhhV

Pray about how these Spirit-breathed worship songs might serve your congregation. You will encounter the presence of the Holy Spirit and be drawn into deeper praise of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Contact him to use his songs. It's the desire of his heart.
